About Gas...
As you have probably noticed, Gas prices are drastically raising, with the rigs and such closed down after Katrina. So what does our president do? He opens up "rainy day" stores of gas. Instead of letting everyone see what it will be like later as we are running out of gas. Yes, I would have made a VERY unpopular chief executive.
So, as newspapers are now saying, "The question is not if we are to run out of gas but when." Estupidos! We all knew that from the beginning! Anyways, that phrase, "not if but when" can now be applied to a subsequent topic: Drilling in Alaska. Unless some drastic changes happen to our country (i.e. impeach bush and/or somehow get LOTS of people that we need to use less oil, not find more), eventually, especially if in the next 4 years, we get low on oil, we will turn to the "oil" in Alaska. In the "nationally protected" wildlife preserve in Alaska.
